No. New customers must set up a new Inbound Number Plan. Virtual Receptionist is an optional extra that you can choose to add to your account.

No. Our existing customers can stick with their current plan. You can add Virtual Receptionist services to your account. This is not a standard feature, so it comes with extra charges.

Your receptionist will ask your customers up to five questions. You can specify these questions in your account settings. We suggest questions like:

What is your name?
What do you need help with?
How can we best contact you to follow up?
Once your Virtual Receptionist has recorded this information from the call, they’ll send you an SMS or email with the details. You can follow up with your customer as soon as you’re ready.
